(**) A student is defined as a BSc, MSc, MA, ME or PhD student.
To register as a student, a copy of your student identification card (which is valid at the time of registration) or an official letter of your University, stating that you are a student, is required. The copy or the letter (readable and in English) should be faxed (+31(0)15 2786755) or emailed to congressoffice@tudelft.nl Without this proof, the full registration fee will be charged.

Cancellation policy RILEM 2012
Registered participants may cancel their registration until 1 May 2012. There is a cancellation fee of € 100,-. The rest of the registration fee as well as the hotel deposit will be refunded after the conference. There is no refund of registration fee and social events for cancellations received after 1 May 2012. Refund of a hotel deposit is possible until two (2) weeks before arrival. If you need to cancel or change your hotel reservation, please inform the RILEM 2012 Congress Office immediately, as participants will be invoiced for non-occupancy of reserved rooms. Cancellations must be done in writing to: congressoffice@tudelft.nl

Liability
The Organising Committee cannot accept any responsibility for personal accidents or damage to private property of the participants. Participants are advised to take out insurance, as they consider necessary. The participant acknowledges that he/she has no right to lodge damage claims against the organisers should the hosting of the conference be hindered or prevented by unforeseen political or economical events or by force majeure, or should non-appearance of speakers or other reasons necessitate programme changes. By his/her registration, the participant accepts this provision.
