There are several options to exhibit your organization at the RILEM 2012 conference: you can have your logo on the program, include advertisement material in the registration package, organize a sponsored session, sponsor a dinner or have a stand at the exhibit space.

At the Conference a large exhibit space will be available in the foyer of the conference facility. At this location, the coffee breaks and social gatherings will be organized, giving thus plenty of interaction between the exhibitors and the conference participants.

To ensure the exhibit space on the most favorable location, we advise you to send us your registration details and proof of payment before 1st March 2011. We will accept exhibitors on a first-come, first served basis.

Since the conference is in honor of Prof. Andre Molenaar's retirement, the conference will be directly followed by his academic departure speech with additional guests. After this, time will be given to have a personal word with Andre. This will be done at the exhibit area.
